The Connelly Concept makes a triumphant return for 2026, featuring a redesigned shape that’s even more impressive than its predecessor. Perfect for skiers who enjoy open water carving at speeds between 28-32 mph, this new slalom ski is available in three sizes: 65”, 67”, and 69”. With a wider profile from edge to edge and Connelly’s innovative V-Tech shaping technology, the Concept significantly reduces drag, allowing for extended, smoother sets. The widened tunnel and concave profile help the ski sit effortlessly in the water on edge, making turns more precise and controlled. Constructed with a closed-cell polyurethane resin core, the Concept delivers superior durability, responsiveness, and performance on the water.

SWERVE SKI BOOT (FRONT)

This one size fits all warrior features an elastomer wrap to conform to the contours of your feet more easily. The EVA heel and Lycra lined floating toe are soft and adjustable for various foot sizes. Laces can be loosened to open the binding wide, which makes it easy to slip on and off. Pull the lace to fit and engage the wheel lock and you are ready to ski.

Find my slalom ski size

A slalom ski is sized on two things: your weight, and the speed you ski at. Faster boat speeds support a shorter ski; slower speeds need more surface area, so you size up.

Rider weight 30–32 mph 32–34 mph 34–36 mph
Under 45 kg (100 lb)63"63"61"
45 – 61 kg (100 – 135 lb)65"63"63"
59 – 73 kg (130 – 160 lb)66"65"65"
68 – 82 kg (150 – 180 lb)67"66"65"

86 – 100 kg (190 – 220 lb)69"68"67"

Most recreational skiers on Kawartha lakes run 30–32 mph, so read the first column unless you course ski. Between two sizes? Take the longer ski — it is more forgiving and easier to get out of the water.

Still not sure? Call the shop on 705-652-6852 — we will size you in two minutes — or try it in person at our Lakefield store.
